U.S. Bank Checking Fees
For the Silver Checking Package, the fee is waived when you have a U.S. Bank Package Money Market Savings account and either a combined monthly direct deposit totaling $1,000 OR you maintain an average account balance of $1,500.

The application can be annoying at times because it keeps showing a SAVE button next to the CONTINUE button at the bottom of each page.
