If you shopped at Target between November 27, 2013 and December 15, 2013 or at some point received notice that your personal information had been compromised you may be entitled for some money from Target. You could get up to $10,000 from the Target Data Breach Settlement. As long as you have evidence of the damage done to your credit or debit card, you will be eligible for the maximum amount of $10,000.
If you don’t have documentation of your losses or if you did not have any losses, your award will be calculated by first subtracting the valid claims for damages with the attorney’s and administration fees. The remains will be divided among all valid claims without documentation to prove damages.
The Target Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit claim form deadline is July 31, 2015. It’s definitely worth a try if you know that you shopped at Target during this time for a cash award of up to $10,000.
