We bought this several times and thought it was natural. You can get in on this settlement without a proof of purchase. If you purchased Arm & Hammer Essentials deodorant with the old label (containing the words “Natural Deodorant” or “Natural Protection”) in the United States for personal use, you may be entitled to a class action settlement of up to $20 with no proof of purchase. You can qualify for even more if you saved your receipts. The claims are that the labeling was misleading saying that the ingredients are “natural”.
If you qualify for the settlement, you can receive a $4 cash refund for each unit purchased. Class members without receipts may make a claim for up to 5 units for up to $20 in total. Class members with receipts may provide the receipts to receive reimbursement for more than 5 units.
To participate, just complete the Online Claim Form no later than September 2, 2015. Even if you don’t have your receipts, you must still indicate the stores where the products where purchased and the approximate dates of purchase.
