Banklady.com started out during the dot com burst of 2001 and has grown significantly ever since. We have worked hard to provide consumers with a resource to improve their credit rating, secure the best lenders, seek the latest credit cards deals, and get the best loan rates.
In 1999, a few years after graduation, two entrepreneurs took went aggressively went after their dream of opening up a restaurant. The two graduates came up with a business plan and submitted it to many banks. It seemed they encountered the same lady at each bank as if she would switch places and deny them the money they needed. It was a different lady but she did look similar to the other ones.
They also had an option to put all of the credit cards together like many small businesses have done to get a loan instead. They decided to just give up on the restaurant idea after thinking it was too high risk and save it for later. The idea of a website named Banklady.com then came about.
Tracy Thomas then dug deep into the credit world find out information on how to get short term money to how to get qualified for a new home loan. We take a close look into personal finance and have a great passion for managing money.
